Question 1: When to Eat?

Reduce Your Feeding Window: Research has shown that restricting your feeding time window to 12 hours or less per day can help you lose weight. By cycling between periods of eating and fasting, you develop daily intermittent fasting routines that can have various health benefits, such as improving weight loss, insulin sensitivity, brain health, and potential protection against certain diseases.

The most common intermittent fasting routine is the 16/8 method: This involves fasting for 16 hours and eating within an 8-hour window each day. For example, one might eat only between noon and 8 PM.

  • Manage stress: Chronic stress can raise cortisol levels, which can negatively affect your metabolism. Cortisol production is associated with belly fat. Practice stress management techniques such as meditation, yoga, or breathing exercises to help keep your metabolism in check.
